Idhammar AB is a management consultant firm specialized in the fields of reliability engineering, maintenance and production.

We work with availability performance, operational maintenance, production organization and streamlining. We advocate the use of Lean tools or the tools used within the Toyota Production System, plus their philosophy to ensure sustainable businesses. The knowledge transfer is carried out using training, facilitation and reflection to build the capability of our clients.

Idhammar operates in all types of industries like process, manufacturing, utilities, energy and FMCG to mention a few. We have over the years had the oppurtunity to work with all sizes of businesses, from the local companies to the national and the multinational corporations. This requires people willing to adapt to changing environments and requirements - something we consider part of our way of working.
